Providing a satisfactory resolution.
If the matter is not resolved within the stated period, I reserve the right to file complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
This notice is being sent in good faith to provide an opportunity for an amicable resolution before further legal action.
